All Bank charges are for applicant's account. Any charges deducted by the bank during transfer shall be subsequently charged to the applicant's
OGA Account and will be invoiced accordingly.

I agree with the concept and ethics of the Articles of Association of ONE GLOBAL ASSOCIATION and promise to actively participate and contribute to the group.

I agree to attend the annual General Meeting which will take place during the annual Global Meeting as per OGA Art XI. I am aware that if
unable attend the Annual Global Meeting as per articles due to valid reason, I am obliged to pay a FEE which will be set
by the Board of Directors based on the losses incurred due to lack of attendees..
